[many sides]

Does "good people" really exist in this world? How do u define a "good person"? Is it their character, the way they speak, the way they look, the way they behave in front of u? Is a seemingly smiling polite person a good person? How do u know this person this man this lady u see is a "good person"?

The recent news of a seemingly good person comitting murders and of being described by their peers and neighbours as "good people" were so disheartening. It is so apparent that even the goody good shoes u know can commit the most hideous crime, as such as the case of the dismembered China gal.

Yeah of cos the human is flawed, there is no logic to it but it is a consequence of sin (according to the Bible). So what can the human mind actually achieve? What bring man to achieve the most incredible feat, create the most incredible inventions and what bring man to commit the most unimaginable crime such as dismembering a human, eating a human alive and others...

If that's the case, how can u trust anyone? Is not not neccessary to keep urself alert all the time on every new friend u know, everyone u already know? How will u not know that this good friend u know will kill u the next moment of plant a bomb in the subway?

Oke anyway i think im being over paraniod and pessimistic.

[monsters again]

It is hard to believe. They say lighning dun strike twice or something. After seeing a monster on Monday, I saw another one today at the small eatery called Qi Ji which served pretty good nasi lemak and mee rebus and Chinese popiah. Well I saw a hunch back of the monster. She was wearing a bright blue tight (obviously not for her size) cross back. Well images of humpback whales leaping in the ocean came into my mind when i see the "back" of this PHUQING FAT PIECE OF SHIT.

I dun dislike fat people. I am not very thin myself. But I do not have appreciation for fat people who like to show off their fucking fats. Fashion mags/shows alway advise people to dress suitably esp for the slightly voluminous people. Such as gals with fat arms shld not wear clothes which will reveal their drapery or lotus root arms. Obviously people with bulging belly should not wear tight fitting clothes as well!

Is it not common sense for people to hide their "ugliness" ? Thus I find it bewildering that there are people who like to wear clothes which are not suitable for them. Whatever for? Well if u cannot wear spags, tubes, crossbacks then dun wear it! Do they have a kick of self-induced confidence when they buy clothes which are meant for slim gals? Do they have the slighest rush of disillusioned ecstacy that they are as slim as them when they are buying those clothes?

FUCK MAN. IF U ARE PHUQING FAT, save us the pain of morning sickness/nauseousness when we see ur FUCKING LARD SPILLING OUT FROM UR BELLY,HANDS and WHEREVER!!!

It has been rather crazy at work.

I..coordinated to print 15 books of my company's profile n services.

I made amendments for hotel bookings in Korea.

I made a super huge map of Seoul cos my colleague & boss needs to plan her...whatever.

I ran ard to the print shop to help them to help myself.

I saw a phuqing nice Ferrari in Shaw Tower carpark today!! :) :) :)

[Supersta* smlj / FAT SHIT]

It might seem to be alot WOLS ( read SLOW ) but after seeing some episodes of the so called "SUPERSTAR". I honestly dun see any SUPERSTARS calibre in those bunch of what I termed SUPERSTARS WANNABE. I see the ladies contestants..only Lijun seems to be more out standing in terms of X factor/looks blah. The rest soso.

The guys are bunch of over-testosteroned hotties wanna be,EXCEPT for Weilian. I saw one of the male contestant, Mr Seb***, he is just a pretty face and he was behaving like some big shot stars when I saw him at Cineleisure, like waiting for hordes of fans to ask for his signature. And the "trailer" for this SS project seems to be so unfair to Weilian.

Anyway i saw something which totally digusted me last morning when I was waiting for a train at SBW MRT Station. I supposed some people do not have either fashion sense or have overwhelming/overflowing confidence or pride of their spilling lard and lotus root like arms. I was glad I had a light breakfast.

[....]

work is...

1) sorting out contact list. Took me like 4 weeks.

2) booking hotels in Korea. Took me a few days/weeks cos the Koreans are slow, they could hardly speak English. Calling them with IDD is not cheap. Anyway, its company's phone. Seoul is quite alright but the other cities are major slow. What's wrong with them?

The hotels are NOT cheap. With tax, easily command up to almost USD100++++

3) Having a new colleague to have lunch with is....I stil prefer to lunch alone. Well having the entire city sky line in front of u with cooling breeze and a cup of soya bean drink is more than enough I suppose.

4) Knocking off at 6+ and coming in at ard 10 since I got no office's keys. HAHAHAHAHA

5) Finally, work is waiting for pay day.

[fish balls + curry chicken]

For the 2 currently showing dramas on channel 8. Which do u prefer? Fishballs or curry chicken?

Fishballs have many flavours. There's one 3rd son who thinks he is the Crown Prince with an equally obnoxious wife who has boobs and no brains. There's a almost 40 YO eldest son who only thinks abt his hair, ignore a very sweet ruanmianmian and does not dare to confess his feelings for someone he likes. There's the youngest son, if said nicely, he has low iq. If said crudely, he is just a plain moron who only thinks of mermaid and its seriously getting on my nerves.

I mst applaud fishballs for evoking many feelings of hatred, disgust and contempt for some of the characters. Their acting is terrific!! If not how can they evoke such emotions? Sometimes I do feel fishballs are too savoury for my liking esp after a day of work. I prefer something more "bland" and lightly flavoured like "curry chicken"

"Curry chicken" portrays innocence, honesty and hope. Is not that far better than seeing people vying for money and power and seeing an idiot moaning for mermaids? I will prefer to see something more "beautiful" than to see something "dark" and "ugly" anytime. Call me an escapist. The term of beautifull and ugly is not superficial terms.

Ok, today is the BIG day for the 117th IOC. BBC is broadcasting live reports every now at then at the little studio setup on the 11th floor. Im on the 15th. I managed to settle the task given to me by my Jpn colleague. 600kg of TV and broadcasting equipment from Mediacorp. To make sure they deliver all the stuff correctly, I also helped them out personally to move the whatever shit there is. Those stuff are certainly not light. One of the generators is 300+KG.

I was there from 10+ to 1+ . When I was on the way home, I realised my arms are reddish. I thought it was just me. Only when I was at home in the showers, I realise those were sun burns! WTF. I only looked out once in awhile in the hot sun and I got sunburn?

Anyway, yeah I got sunburn, something I did not get since yr 2000. haha

[7 months>another year]

If anyone ever stops and look at the calendar and ponder. 6 months/half a yr has gone. Most of my peers in my circle are working. I wonder if they have ever looked back and think how much time has just gone in a instance while meeting deadlines, having meetings, rushing to meet clients, doing proposals...

For this yr, I was wasting, practically prostituting myself to work in my ex-company. Everyday is like a mold die cast. Emails, fax, emails fax, lunch, emails, fax, errands,go home. I rem I will always be so darn tired after work. I practically slumped myself onto the MRT seats and sleep 80% throughout the trip home. Yes I was paid but I guess I nv really get to enjoy these 6 months.

Jet fighters zipping over my flat means NDP is drawing near. Soon it will be NDP and once it's over it will be countdown time for X'Mas, then its another new year.

I never really thought of my future when I was working. I was living from day to day. Everyday, work, work work, weekends slp, then work work work. Well not until this June. Especially after watching You Fu.

The 1st few episodes makes me to think what I really wanted. Doing a nice portfolio so that I wil be employed in a design firm or as a designer is quite meaningless. It is almost too late for that. I might as well do one for interest's sake. I was floating n drifting like a snapped kite in the wind. Mayb for too long, thus I wanna settle down in the next few yrs, hopefully before 30. Well maybe in the midst of that, will be getting a driver's license and also get JLPT 1 for my Japanese.

Looking at my r/s, the problems ARE there. And nothing is being done or is the fact that NOTHING can be done. I did whatever I cld to but it takes 2 hands to clap. Ignoring the problem is not going to help in anyway. Anyway it is more or less settled, not the problems.

Does man and woman see r/s differently? Why can't some people take it into their stride : if things work out, fine. if things dun, why will anyone wanna wallow and get hey ho emotional over every minute details of whatever is going on inside the head? If things dun work out, let it go then. Just dun sink into some self made depression shit hole and wallow why why why why and getting teary and crap.

If e reason for the above is gals are sensitive, then I assure u, I can be as sensitive or more sensitive. Dun argue.

What will be, WILL be.

[My office + 117th ICO Session Singapore]

lai lai, here's how my office look like basically :

Image hosted by Photobucket.com

Nice or notch? :D. This is one of the more "impressive" office setups I seen in my working life. The other one which I like alot is the previous British Council before their renovation. I already quite like how the office was setup during my interview cos everything is so clean, spacious and bright. I love the wooden floor. There is a name for this kinda flooring..

Work is alright, besides maintaining the endless contact list, I was also helping out the Japanese colleague with some of her stuff for the coming IOC. (International Olympic Convention/Conference) I helped liasing with the a logistic company to bring in some 600 KG of television and video equipment which we loan from Mediacorp.

Yesterday, I brougt the 20KG of Betacam tapes to Raffles City Convention Center, via taxi luckily. I cannot imagine lugging 20kg of tapes in that atrocious weather frm Shaw Tower to Raffles City Convention Center which is actually at Swissotel The Stamford, a place I'm too familar with. It is not that far, if u r not carring anything much. I also ordered 40 bottles of mineral water for my colleague and some other counterparts from Geneva main office. The uncle from Cold Storage was kind enough to help me deliver the 2 boxes of drinks to the workstation. I offered to help many times but he was not willing to. Beats me what he was thinking.

My boss was actually on a 2 day business trip to Malaysia. He should be back on Monday, ytd afternoon, he popped up! Anyway, it did not make any difference cos I was leaving soon.

I am considering if I shld install cable TV. A boring fri/sat at home is almost too much to bear. There's some nice promotion going on tho.
