[E71]

yeah so i bought my W980 for abt a month and i decided to change to E71 whahhaha. I should have bought it when i was buyiing my W980 then. Anyway, I wanted a grey set but no stock, i thought the white also looks not bad, so I went down to get it. I paid $210 with a $380 trade in for my W980.

Music wise of cos the W980 is better but what I get in this nice little package is a nice screen, qwerty keypad, good battery (lasted me 5 days with light usage) wifi, 3.2MP autofocus cam, radio etc.

It is thinner than the pic.

[job]

Im offered the job in my church after waiting for confirmation since July.

Yet now im still waiting for my pastor's email or call abt the details and pay for my job. Even though it is a Christian organisation, I was told not to have any 'high' expectations for the people in there. Afterall, we are all imperfect humans. My pastor has been very busy since he is handling 5 ministries.

From what I rem, work is as follows (IIRC):

Mon-off
Tues-Fri=9.30-5.30
Sat-@ COOS for adult service
Sun-@ COOS for 2 or 1? adult services.

On thurs morning, there will be a prayer and worship sessions for all staff.

God is really our Provider, Jehovah Jireh.

And yes, as part of a mini celebration for getting the job @ COOS, I changed phone again. From the sluggish SE W980 to the speedy Nokia E71. I wanted to get the Nokia E71 when I was buying a new phone about a month back. The prices for both are merely $10 difference and the E71 being a biz class phones has much more features than the W980 which is essentially a Walkman phone.

Back then I thought the interface for E71 was uber ugly so...I opted for the W980. Music wise, the W980 is better of cos having 8GB of storage. But the phone is sluggish compared to other Walkman phones I owned b4, such as the W880. The battery life is not too impressive either. Being such a light user, (call once a day), I need to charge my phone every 2.5 days and there were instances where the phone literally went flat. But then I realise online there are nice themes for E71, some are really well done.

My E71 comes with a 2GB mem card, has wifi, 3.2MP auto focus cam, 2.4" nice big screen and also radio. Not to mention the other applications to make a biz class phone. The only thing is some items are hidden deep into menus and menus. iPhone? nah...too much limitations and too similar to my ipod touch.
