[the week]

The week crawls...Things seem to be halted...people seem to be in festive mood and things seem to be slowing down...AND THINGS ARE REALLY SLOWING DOWN...

My Jpn agent is getting harder and harder to find, think he shld be clearing his leave? Ahh I dunno, maybe its good to unwind and take things slow a little.

I do hope things in other areas wil make some progress.

Flood gates are opened, 2 days of continuous rain has turned SG into a swamp land in some areas, trees fell and land slided...but at least this drove away the heat which has been blanketing SG for sometime. BUT there is no rain today..I dun welcome rain when I go work...it is not fun to go to office with wet socks and wet pants and wet shoes. The past 2 or rather 3 nights have been cool (literally) I enjoyed the walk home on the long concrete path with frogs (toads?) croaking in the patches of flooded fields with the scent of the rain lingering in the air. Well I saw a furry little rat scurrying along the wet field on Monday night and the next morning, i saw another one with its fur all soaked. Mayb its little home is flooded? haha..

A colleague invited me to his church's xmas 'party' @ Victoria's School, strangely enough I do feel like going. It is on a Sat and I need to replenish my acne antibiotics.

I want my long weekend...but I also hope it will not bore me.

And yes!!! the HP 17" CRT monitor has a buyer! Hope the deal goes on smoothly tml night..if not, anybody wan?

and....my gum is still swollen =(
