[Double joys]

One of my closest cousin will be getting married next month, yay have wedding dinner to go to! (yes it is the food I am looking forward to and of cos meeting my cousins =D) Another joyous event is one of my close ex poly friends has been promoted to a father! hhaha..Of all my closest poly mates (those still in contact) I think he is the 'fastest' one haha. Sad to say, besides him it seems like most of us are either still single n unattached or not married.

Feeling elated, I told my mum about this when I woke up in the morning. Darn, it is a mistake. The moment I told her, she looked at me asking,'So when is ur turn?' =O She continued by saying 'Go find a nice gal la...' etc etc. -_-I will usually keep mum abt it. I think I will be hearing the same things when I go to my cousin's wedding next month, my uncles and aunts will be asking again RAAAAH... Anyway, what my mum said is not the first time already. Ever since I broke up with my ex (and not 'dating'), she has been asking now and then. heh...

I think most sg gals like 'out-going' guys, those who are eloquent, fun, have cars, adventurous, know how to party,dress up n cheong.. etc? No wonder those close friends ard me not attached! My closest friends (like me) dun smoke, dun club, dun gamble and they dun drink. I dun think we are boring or being a 'no lifer' but we just prefer the quieter lifestyle. For me, I rather pub then club and I know a nice jazz pub with 'live bands' in Circular Road.Oh the only friend who got married and now is a father is the same too, the ultimate family man type...yes he is married but his wife is not from sg.

Tsk, weekends always end so fast. I can smell it already.....can't wait for the long x'mas break hehe.
